Things to note

- $500 Keys is a non-refundable and non-transferable purchase.

- You must pay for your bike in full within 14 days of the bike being ready for dispatch (est. 60-90days*), or if using one of our payment plan providers, either Leasie or Partial.ly then your payment plan you must be signed and payments started within 14 days from your bike arriving to the warehouse.

- "Build to Order" means you are waiting for us to build you your bike. We suggest you expect this to take 90 days. It can go into delay, there is no refund for delay. If you can't absorb the wait time, then we suggest purchasing a braaap bike that is in stock from one of our dealer showroom floors
