Moto3 FMC003 Dispatch - Orders from Sept 29 to Dec 1 2020

Thank you for buying a braaap & waiting for us to build it!! We are so stoked to be finally arranging your delivery.

As mentioned on this weeks update, the Black Moto3's arrive this week and are in final assembly next week. They will be ready for the courier's to collect next week (22nd Feb) & the week after. Please note it will take between 3 days - 3 weeks for your bike to arrive at your house once the courier collects it, depending on your location in Aus. We will SMS you once your bike is allocated to a couriers truck :)

If you would like to upgrade from a white Moto3 to a Black Moto3 and get your delivery sooner you can do so by adding the "All Black Moto3" product to your cart below. (This is only available until Sunday Feb 21 as we will be sending bikes out starting Monday Feb 22nd)


The white Moto3's were built & loaded at the same time but the shipping line held the containers in Shanghai which means they wont get here until March 6, A surprise & frustration for us all.

The purpose of this email is to make sure your order is all set.

We are doing our best to get our online service much better to try & avoid having everyone call us at once, It's a really busy time here at braaap because we are catching up on delivering all the delayed orders for bikes from 2020. Please give us some grace is the team don't answer or respond immediately :)

Step 1: Delivery

Please buy the "delivery+assembly" that fits your region. The products will load below. Buy it from this page if you'd like to buy multiple items in one transaction as it allows you to add to cart and keep shopping. Also a note that if there is a drop down box on a product click on it to select the best option for you :)

If you are going to collect the bike from the braaap warehouse in Frankston please click here to go to eventbrite & register for the date you will collect. It is limited to specific time slots because our focus is to build bikes which as much efficiency & as little interruption as possible, this is how we drive the cost down for you so much, you support in this is appreciated :)

You will get SMS'd once your bike has been collected from our warehouse and then the truck driver will SMS/Call you when your bike is 24 hours away from being delivered. Sometimes depending on your region there can be up to 2 weeks between when the bike leaves here and when it gets to you, But major regions should be with in the week :)

Step 2: Rego

Once we have assembled & allocated your specific bike to you. There will be a Proof of Purchase document sent via email & also a massive FAQ document including all the directions on how to register your bike in each state of AUS.

Step 3: Warranty & Self Service

Most of you will have already paid for your Lifetime Warranty which activates it, If you want to add warranty you can so buy adding the Lifetime Warranty to your cart below.

Warranty covers the lifetime of your ownership, You have to service your bike but it doesn't have to be at anyone affiliated to us & if you are mechanically minded you can join the self service program for $17/month which allows you to verify your own service papers.

Self service is not designed to be a training platform, it is for those of you who were going to service your own bike anyway, it allows you to do your own work and have it recognised and covered by the warranty. You will be emailed and invited to join self service separately once the bike arrives.

The Braaap University is filling up with videos, tips and tricks as well as trouble shooting lessons so keep an eye on your inbox for an invite to the Braaap University "Online Service Centre" once your bike arrives. Its free and we also encourage you to become a contributor and video any work you do on your bike to help others, help us make the braaap owner experience better and help make the braaap online community more engaging :)

Step 4: Options & Upgrades + Extra Parts & Accessories

If you have ordered parts that need to be fitted, we will be in contact to offer you a price to fit.

If you are a Black Moto3 Customer then you have until Feb 22nd to place any orders that will be sent with the bike. Any orders placed after Feb 22 will need to be sent separately at your expense.

If you are waiting for the White Moto3 to arrive then you have until March 6 to place any orders & we will send them with the bike :)
